I'd personally like to thank "Group Synergy" for an absolute wonderful job done
on building our house. Your team far exceeded our expectations and your expertise
and professionalism was a joy to work with.
The process on the outset was quite daunting from our perspective, and hence we
were very nervous about the project. The time, effort and continual contact that
you kept with us in regard to the house being erected allayed any fears we had.
Your team of tradespeople were honest and reliable and their quality of work was
second to none. Everyone that sees our house comments on the quality, design, workmanship
and value for money.
We are so appreciative for everything you did for us.

We employed John Hearn (Group Synergy) to carry out a complete knockdown of 41 New
Street (West) in January 2005. Throughout this whole process, John and his team
proved to be nothing short of first rate contractors.
Group Synergy were at the site at 7.00am every day without exception, and his team
were always polite and obliging to the point that neighbours would regularly comment
on the thoughtful and diligent nature of the team. We regularly receive positive
comments regarding the high quality of workmanship and this was reinforced throughout
the building process where John refused to compromise quality for time and still
ultimately finished the project within 1 week of his initial 6 month estimate.
Since building this new home we have provided John with the contact details of 5
individuals who have requested quotes from Group Synergy based on the quality of
work he carried out for us.
John’s input was regularly sought throughout the building process and his experience
showed on a number of occasions where we ultimately modified original ideas based
on John’s input and ideas.
We would not hesitate to recommend Group Synergy for any new building development
and John will certainly be our contractor of choice for any other development/renovation
work we undertake going forward.
